Fascia & Guttering

All fascia boards and soffits are fixed in accordance with the standard practice. The old fascias, bargeboards and soffits will be removed, and the timbers inspected.

Should the timber be rotten, we will liaise with you with regards to replacement costs. The old boards and soffits will be replaced with maintenance free UPVC products.

New UPVC guttering and downpipes are fairly easy to install, with a selection of profiles available to you from round to square and in several different colours. The old guttering and downpipes will be removed, and replaced with maintenance free UPVC products.

We will clear the site from all debris upon completion, leaving your property clean and tidy.

All new guttering, downpipes and soffit and fascia boards come with a 5 year guarantee on our workmanship.
